Davies Digital Solutions LLC is one person — me, Craig Davies, in Boerne, Texas. This page explains what information I collect, how I use it, and how I keep it safe. The short version: I only use your details to do the work and to stay in touch with you about it.
What I collect
When you get in touch or hire me, I collect the basics — your name, email, and phone number, plus payment details if you become a client. I may also note general facts about your business so I can do the work properly.
How I use it
To do the work, send appointment and project updates, take payment, and talk to you about what we're doing together. Nothing else.
Text messages
If you give me your phone number, you agree that I can text you — appointment reminders, project updates, and messages about your work with me. Message and data rates may apply, and how often I text varies. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to opt out at any time.
I do not share or sell your phone number or your opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing. Your number is used only to talk to you about your work with me, and is shared only with the service that delivers the messages.
Payment
Payment details are handled securely and used only to take payment for work done. I don't store full card numbers.
Sharing your information
I don't sell, trade, or hand your information to anyone for marketing. I only share it when the law requires it, or with the services I rely on to run the business and do your work.
Keeping it safe
I take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, or anyone who shouldn't see it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time. Just get in touch.
